Assist from contract to close. Schedule inspections, keep in touch with attorney and other realtor throughout, send introduction emails, closing reminders, calendar invite for important dates, keep file updated for compliance. 

We will attend final walkthrough, notate any incomplete repairs, condition of home, conveyance check, etc. 

*Service includes 1 hour on-site service. Each additional 15 minutes on site will be billed at $30. 

We will represent you at closing and make sure your client is represented in your absence.
